Option 1: Ship The Entire Order To Your Billing Address

You will enter your Credit Card Billing Address on the next page after you proceed to Checkout. Check the Box Ship to My Billing Address.

Option 2: Ship The Entire Order To A Different Address

In the first item's Ship to Name and Address Instructions box provide:

1. The words "Ship The Entire Order To This Address".
2. Ship To: Name, street address*, city, state, & zip code.
Phone number is optional.
3. Gift Card message up to 20 words. If omitted, only your name will
appear on the card.
4. Requested Arrival Date. Allow 3 to 7 business days for shipping.

You will enter your Credit Card Billing Address on the next page after you proceed to Checkout. We will ship the entire order to the Shipping Address you provide in the first item's Ship to Name and Address Instructions box.

Add any combination of the same or different items to your shopping basket as you have separate shipping addresses.
