Hofmeister Ham Heating Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°. Place ham in shallow pan. Heat 10 minutes per pound at 325° or until thoroughly heated with
an internal temperature of 150°. DO NOT OVERCOOK as this will cause the ham to dry out.

Glaze Instructions:

Add 4 Tablespoons of water to glaze packet and mix ten minutes prior to ham being thoroughly
heated. Score ham deeply and spread on glaze. Raise oven temperature to 425° and return glazed
Ham to oven for 10 minutes.

Hofmeister Smoked Turkey Heating Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°. Wrap your Hofmeister Smoked Turkey completely in tinfoil, leaving a small opening at the top.
Heat the turkey for approximately 45-60 minutes. Remember, the turkey is fully cooked so DO NOT OVERCOOK
as this will dry out your Hofmeister Smoked Turkey.
